Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All content on the Maxi88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, selling, sub-licensing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although we maintain commercially reasonable infrastructure to ensure platform stability and security.
The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
